Questions we get before people sign up
Do you set it up for me?
Yes. Send us your store and the channels you sell on, and we connect the catalog, build the feeds and register them with you in each channel's console. Textfinity then rebuilds them on a schedule. If you'd rather do it yourself, the free plan (100 SKUs, one feed, no card) is open too.
Which plans include the AI?
AI content generation and translation start on Standard, at $9.99 a month. Basic covers mapping, filtering and publishing. Standard allows five AI configurations, Premium ten with four times the monthly token budget.
How is the AI different from pasting products into ChatGPT?
It runs over the whole catalog at once, uses your own product data as the source, and writes titles to Google's length rules: 100 to 150 characters, with the key information in the first 70. New text stays consistent with what it already wrote for similar products. Pick the source fields once, review and accept the proposals, and regenerate whenever the catalog changes.
How long does setup take?
Building a feed takes minutes once we have your store or export and know which channels you sell on. Most of the time goes into registering it in each channel's console, which we do with you.
Will it work with my store platform?
If it can export product data as CSV, TSV, Google Shopping XML or a Google Sheet, Textfinity can read it. Shopify connects directly; WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and BigCommerce connect through an export URL, and custom exports are fine too.
What happens to my prices and stock levels?
Feeds re-sync on a schedule, so a price change or a sold-out line propagates to every connected channel without a manual re-upload. Filtering rules keep out-of-stock products out of your ads.
Can I manage several stores or clients from one account?
Yes. Feeds are independent, so agencies typically run one feed per client and channel. Talk to us about volume if you're past the Premium plan's limits.
